Anti–Human Trafficking Policy

Warm Start Labs LLC d/b/a Heartthrob ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a safe and lawful environment for all users. This Anti–Human Trafficking Policy outlines our zero-tolerance stance toward any form of content or behavior that facilitates, promotes, or depicts human trafficking, including sex trafficking, on heartthrob.ai (the "Website").

All characters, chats, and media on our platform are AI-generated and do not depict real individuals. We do not permit the use of our Services to create, simulate, or otherwise engage in content that could be interpreted as glorifying or facilitating real-world trafficking or exploitation.

We actively monitor for violations, respond swiftly to reports, and cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.

Zero Tolerance

Heartthrob prohibits the use of its Services for any content or conduct that may promote, depict, simulate, or facilitate human trafficking or sexual exploitation. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Depictions or descriptions of real-world trafficking scenarios
  • Attempts to use the platform for recruitment, grooming, coercion, or control
  • Simulations that romanticize or normalize trafficking-related behavior

Accounts found to be engaging in or encouraging such activity may be immediately suspended or terminated and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.

AI-Generated Content

All interactions on the Website involve AI-generated characters. We recognize that users may attempt to prompt or simulate inappropriate scenarios. We use automated tools and moderation to restrict this behavior and continuously improve safeguards to prevent misuse.

If you encounter content or behavior that raises concerns about human trafficking or exploitation, please report it using our contact form:

  1. URL of the relevant content (or specific location/identifier on our site)
  2. Date and time you observed the content or behavior
  3. A detailed description of what you observed and why it raised concern
  4. Any additional context that may be helpful for an investigation

We take all reports seriously and review them as quickly as possible, typically within 7 business days or sooner.

Enforcement and Escalation

Upon receiving a report or identifying suspicious behavior:

  • We will promptly investigate the reported content or conduct
  • If the content violates this Policy, it may be removed immediately
  • The user account may be suspended or permanently banned
  • Where required, we will report relevant information to law enforcement or anti-trafficking authorities

Cooperation with Authorities

Heartthrob cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, including in response to subpoenas, warrants, or valid legal requests related to human trafficking investigations.

User Accountability

Users are responsible for how they use the platform. Attempting to exploit the AI to simulate illegal, exploitative, or harmful content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination or legal action.
