You must be at least 18 years old to use Heartthrob. We do not allow minors to use the Service under any circumstances. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

As part of onboarding, we may request your date of birth to verify that you are at least 18 years old. If we determine that you may not meet the age requirement, we may restrict access to the Service.

Providing inaccurate information about your age violates our Terms of Service and may result in suspension or termination.

Prohibited Content Involving Minors

Any content involving minors in any sexual or romantic context is strictly prohibited. Attempts to generate or simulate content involving minors, or content that resembles minors, violates our policies and may result in account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities where required.
