1) How to cancel your subscription

To cancel, please use our contact form and we'll assist you. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.

2) Refunds

We offer goodwill refunds on a case-by-case basis. They are not guaranteed.

To request a refund, use our contact form with your account email, purchase date, and reason.

We review requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3) Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Chargebacks add bank fees and may lead to account restriction.
